Finding Faith Through ScienceRocket scientist Jim Bradford says that science has always affirmed his faith.Finding Faith Through Science by Allendra3
Jim sees science as the study of what God made. And he defines science in this way: Science is an endeavor to explore and understand. Scientism is a philosophy that starts by saying that nothing supernatural exists. Jim points out that this viewpoint is unable to answer the question of where the matter and energy came from that supposedly started the Big Bang, according to the theory.
With a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering, among Jim’s many accomplishments is working with Boeing on space shuttles. Up until college he was too shy to do any sort of Christian leadership. But he overcame this during college by inadvertently leading a Christian student group each week. Now, along with his rocket science career he also talks to people about the relationship between science and religion.
According to Jim, this viewpoint that we were not Created is one of despair. It’s saying that you are an
God in the Old TestamentMany non-Christians take issue with God's actions in the Old Testament. But I've noticed a pattern in their arguments. They say "God killed those people so He's evil" and say nothing else about the incident. This leads me to believe they don't know the context of what they're upset about, nor have they done the research to see the pattern of God's actions. Below, I have broken down 5 instances of God's judgment.God in the Old Testament by Allendra3
1. The Global Flood
a. The world was full of evil people, sin, and corruption. (Gen. 6:5), (Gen. 6:1-2)
b. God warns that He will flood the world to destroy the evil (Gen. 6:13)
c. Noah preached to the people of the world for about 100 years to repent from their evil, warning them what was to come (2 Peter 2:5)
d. Only Noah's family remained loyal to God, so God's forewarned judgment falls (Gen. 7:17)
e. Conclusion: God used His messenger Noah to warn a corrupt culture to repent but they didn't even after 100 years. And we find God's mercy being displayed on the one fami
7 Reasons Why Christianity Over Islam7 Reasons Why I Choose Christianity Over Islam7 Reasons Why Christianity Over Islam by Allendra3
1. Secure in my Salvation
-The Qur'an says, "O ye who believe! Turn unto Allah in sincere repentance! It may be that your Lord will remit from you your evil deeds and bring you into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, on the day when Allah will not abase the Prophet and those who believe with him. Their light will run before them and on their right hands; they will say: Our Lord! Perfect our light for us, and forgive us! Lo! Thou art Able to do all things," (66:8-9). Notice how it says if you are sincere you </i>may receive forgiveness.
-The problem there is this: how do you know you're sincere enough to be forgiven? If you say yes, are you being boastful? If you say no, are you being too humble?
-As a Christian, I know there is no 'may' or guesswork. By calling on the name of the Lord, I am Saved.
---The question is this: why would I, a Christian, give up my guaranteed Salvation in Jesus Christ when Muslims thems
The Health Risks of Homosexuality HomosexualsThe Health Risks of Homosexuality by Allendra3

-are twice as likely to commit suicide
-live on average 24 years less than heterosexuals A (published in International Journal of Epidemiology)
-have 78% of their relationships lasting less than 3 years (study published in Homosexualities: A Study of Diversity Among Men and Women)
-are ranked as less happy than heterosexuals by the American Psychiatrist Association B (study published in Sexual Survey Number 4: Current Thinking on Homosexuality, Medical Aspects of Human Sexuality)

10 Facts That Disprove Evolution1. We share half our DNA with bananas.10 Facts That Disprove Evolution by Allendra3
2. The fossil record has holes in it. Dinosaur and humans footprints were found side-by-side in Arizona and Turkmenistan. In Uzbekistan, 86 consecutive hoof prints of horses were found in rocks dating back to the dinosaurs. Petrified trees in Arizona's petrified forest have fossilized nests of bees and cocoons of wasps. Those forests are reputedly 220 million years old, while bees (and flowering plants which bees require) supposedly evolved almost 100 million years later.
3. No macro variations (speciation) in evolution have ever been observed. Micro evolution is species adaptations, and it's not the same as macro. Adjusting to the climate is very, very different than changing from species to another.
4. Humans have the most neurons in their brains but primates don't have even close to that amount. They aren't even in the top ten.
5. Radiometric dating does not take into account the way heat and water affect the aging of bones (it makes them appea
7 Reasons Why Christianity Over Wicca/Paganism7 Reasons Why I Choose Christianity over Wiccan/Paganism7 Reasons Why Christianity Over Wicca/Paganism by Allendra3
-One of the teachings of Wicca is reincarnation. But there is no evidence in support of reincarnation. There is no way to prove it exists.
-Christianity teaches we have one life, and that has much evidence for it.
-How do you know the gods and goddesses of Wicca exist? Can you prove it?
-The Christian God has evidence to prove Him (see artist description).
---Why would I leave Christianity which teaches something proven, for Wiccan which teaches something unproven?
-In Wicca, Satan does not exist. But then how can it explain the origin of demons? The practices of Satanists? Or the testimonies of those who have been to Hell and back? (see artist description)
-Christianity affirms the existence of Satan and is very specific about his nature.
---Why would I join Wicca when it contradicts my own experiences about Satan?
3. More Denial
-Wicca denies the existence of Heaven of Hell
Objective Proof of GodIf I tossed a coin 2000 times and called it right every single time, what would you think?
I can only imagine some of the things you would be thinking, but they would all stem from one rationalization: that what was happening defied logic.
To make sure we are on the same page, let me give you some quick facts about the Bible: The Bible was written over a span of about 1500 years (from 1445 BC to 95 AD) in 3 continents, in 3 languages, by 40 authors, and has 66 books. It's mostly a collection of letters written to churches. We can verify the dates of the books of the Bible through the efforts of historians, linguists, and archeologists.
" . . . a band of evil men has encircled me, they have pierced my hands and my feet. . . They divide my garments among them and cast lots for my clothing." Psalm 22: 17-18
What event is this verse referring to? If you have a basic knowledge of Christianity, then you know this is talking about Jesus' crucifixion. If you
God's JusticeGod is the Judge
the King of His court
sin is like crime
and so you fall short
The law is His Word
the absolute Truth
ignorance of it
does not exempt you
You commit crime
you have broke the Law
all of these times
you cannot absolve
Freedom is Heaven
prison is Hell
a fair righteous Judge
should give you a cell
But there is someone
who'll stand up for you
who's been in this life
knows what you go through
Jesus is here
as your attorney
He'll vouch for you
and He won't charge a fee
Because what He does
He does out of love
so you can enjoy
His Heaven above
How can you do so
if you decline Him?
for your sins are great
but He cleanses sin
18 Questions Asked by AtheistTop 18 Questions Asked by Atheists
-- These are taken from my own personal experience discussing with atheists. You can find them also in my "How I Know God Exists" journal, but I thought I'd spread them to the public more. Hopefully both atheists and Christians will read these and learn more.
--Note that I try to keep these concise and to the point. I could probably write a small book on each individual one, haha. But for space and time's sake, I won't. That's why I've also supplied plenty of links for you to learn more. If you think I don't fully answer something, read the links I give you. If you have more questions concerning something, read the links I give you. Anyone who comes to me asking about something that the links could have answered will be ignored.
1. Why would God allow evil?
Two words: free will.
We have free will to commit evil, and free will to choose not to.
Evil is the absence of God. The same way cold is the absence of heat, and darkness is the abs
